Personalised Items: Personalised items are not eligible for a return or refund, please ensure all spellings are correct at the time of order.                                                   

Time Frame: You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Custom or personalised items are exempt from being returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
